2. Age Requirement

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to verify age at any time.

3. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking
  • Final payment is due as agreed at time of booking
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. Cancellations made within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if terms are breached.

5. Conduct and Behaviour

All guests are expected to treat our performers with respect and professionalism. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or violation of agreed terms will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

6. Photography and Recording

Photography and recording policies vary by service type and performer preference. Please discuss and agree to photography terms prior to your event. Unauthorized distribution of images or recordings is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

Sky High Entertainment is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during events. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe environment for all performers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Sky High Entertainment and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
