We primarily service Melbourne and surrounding areas including Geelong, Mornington Peninsula, and Yarra Valley. For events outside these areas, please contact us to discuss travel arrangements and any additional fees.
The minimum booking is typically 2 hours for most services. Some premium services may have different minimums. Contact us for specific requirements or custom arrangements.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event are fully refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand plans change, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
